The quality management system of iBalance Medical, Inc. received ISO certification on August 30, 2007, and iBalance Medical, Inc., received the CE mark certification for our Axial Knee Realignment (AKR™) product on June 12, 2008.

iBalance received FDA 510(k) clearance on October 12, 2009.
